Yes, all shipments are insured. If artwork loss or damage is incurred in transit, replacements of works can be carried out. More expensive works have higher insurance fees, which contribute to higher shipping costs. Please refer to the Returns & Refunds page for further information about replacement of damaged purchases.
Artworks are packaged using professional handling methods to prevent damage during packing and transit. All artwork is thoroughly padded with bubble wrap to protect surfaces and secured with high quality packing tape. It is then packed in wooden crates for shipping. Rolled-up works are packaged in heavy-duty mailing tubes.
All works will ship within 14-21 business days from the day the order is placed.
